Volunteer Central

When you serve where you’re gifted, you’re energized and fulfilled. When you serve outside of your gift-mix, you risk burn-out. Volunteer Central is Quarry Ridge’s ministry to provide TLC and nurture to you as you volunteer in ministry. Once you’ve tried out a First Serve opportunity or taken the Discovering My Ministry S.H.A.P.E. course, Volunteer Central steps in to support, train and encourage you in your service.

Volunteer Central helps match people up with service opportunities – the right people in the right places for the right reasons. Using a computer cross-reference program and individualized information gleaned from the Discovering My Ministry S.H.A.P.E. course, Volunteer Coaches will be able to place you and others in areas of meaningful service. This careful process helps make the match-up more likely to succeed.
